I dedicate this web-site to my "MOM" Frances Plettl who will forever live in my heart, she was and is my best friend. • Canadian Laws VS American Laws

I feel that this subject can be and is misconstrued by both countries. If you live in Canada you are subject to that countries laws, and if you live in the United States you are subject to that countries laws. But if you move to one of these countries from another country. It seems you can be subject to the countries laws you came from, and not so much the country you went to. Let's clarify this statement...If someone from the US moves to Iran or Iraq they are subject to that countries laws but if someone moves from Iran or Iraq to Canada or the US, it seems common conjecture that these people are only subject to their laws. This couldn't be further from the truth. Both our Canadian government and American governments need to take a hard look at what is happening in the Middle East with Canada and the US in the middle of their war, whether it be for religious continuity or from religious restraint doesn't matter. The crux of the matter is there should only be "Black and White" and no grey in this matter. Everyones definition of "Law" seems to change every day and reflects only what is happening at the time. Laws were instituted in our societies to better us as a human race not to punish us for being human, so Freud would have us believe. I beleive in "Capital" Punishment and I for one wish it would be re-instituted in our society. We need a wake-up call before our society does collapse from too much "Lawful" continuity.

  • Dog vs Mexico

I would like to comment on the issue of our laws(Canadian and American) vs Mexican) or any other country for that matter. What Dog(The Bounty Hunter) did was a "Great Service" for us all after all even though Andrew Luster who was wanted in many states for "Rape" and the murder of many women was and is a "blemish" on our value system. Anyone who thinks that money gives them "Absolute" Power is in a daydream. Just because you have alot of money doesn't mean you are above reproach or another countries laws. I think that Dog did the right thing and shouldn't be held accountable for what he did. Removing this filth from Mexico so he could "Legally" pay for his crimes. If Dog hadn't have gone to Mexico and forcibly removed him to pay for his crimes, then in my opinion Andrew Luster would have gone on Raping and murdering innocent women there too. You see the "Science of Abuse" as I call it is tantamount to maintaining "control" over another regardless of consequence, people who exemplify this usually come from good homes with high educational standards. They have no concept of right or wrong, even though they consciously know that what they are doing is against "Morality" and Life as we know it. In the American and Canandian Constitutions it states unequivically that every man, woman, and child has the right to find "Happiness" wherever it may be. This is dependant on the definition of "happiness" what makes one person happy doesn't necessarily make another happy. My point is two wrongs don't make a right.

And on Eva Avila becoming the Canadian Idol Queen last night (Sunday September 17th,2006) Way to go girl, I for one was rooting for you and I feel you will become Canada's Golden Child before too long. Keep riding on your "Angels Wings" because you will rise to new heights in the Canadian Music world and in our hearts. We love you Eva Avila.

  • How much is your dream?

In a world where the youth are being taught that the "Beautiful People" only succeed what is the price of "sanity". You see it in all forms of media, SEX SELLS...what has happened to our society, what has happened to our values, and what cost is it going to be to attain your dream? This is a "dog eat dog" world where everyone is vying for Ms. Popularity or Mr. Charisma as evidenced in the Reality T.V. programs you see these days. From Laguna Beach to Canadian Idol, where does it all end??? I for one would love to see a program or a cultural breakthru where everyone works together for a common goal. To find happiness, or love, or yes even the sweet soulful sounds of making love with that special someone (Being in-Love) Where has all the magic gone? What has happened to Mans(Men) or Woman(women) compassion? What about helping those who are strugggling to make ends meet, to feed their families, educate their sons and daughters. And who are we to judge those who have less, who are we to look down on those who can't compete with our abilities, our innate penchant to destroy all that is beautiful...I am the watchdog and I hope to make you think about what you want out of life and how you expect to get it... How much will it cost to attain your dream?

Peace Out my peeps...and God bless.
