- You have reached the profile page of BAD NAME, an Edinburgh based BON JOVI tribute band playing all over the UK.
Playing all the classic Jovi tracks from the early days of "Runaway" to "We Werent Born To Follow" from Bon jovi`s new album scheduled for release November 2009.
The band members are:
Ross Kyne - Lead vocals
Gav Buckley - Lead guitar and backing vocals
Wayne Hamilton - Keyboards and backing vocals
Grant Dilworth - Bass Guitar and Backing Vocals
David Simpson - Drums
Unlike some Jovi tribute acts we don't wear silly party/cabaret wigs (although shades and cowboy hats are worn 'cos they are cool!) ; it's all about the music. We strive to recreate the Jovi live sound which has seen them regarded as one of the greatest live bands with a career spanning over 25 years that doesn't show any signs of slowing up!

A few new tracks in there off of the latest album that seemed to go down well. Just wished the technical issues with the guitar hadn't stopped us playing 'Bullet' as well. Oh well, next time...!

All good, Was talking to gav, (he added me to his bebo, very nice bloke i must say) he was saying that your doing all the edinburgh dates n stuff the now, i think i might try convince me other half to pop through one night we got no kids and just see if you guys are playig and get a BnB somewhere lol.
What ya's been up to anyway apart from touring?? I really cant get into Bullet at all. i just dont feel its a strong Jovi track, but hey I might give it a chance to grow on me!! Will see lol.

I only like maybe three or four tracks on it!! theres one Defo belter, Thorn in my side! the rest are ok, just not sold, normally a Jovi record you listen to it and you know its a jovi record, but this one is really different!!
Just take time to get into it i guess!!
