Nice to hear from you. How's things with you? Good I hope? G and I were on Mull 2 weekends ago but it was just a flying visit and we kept a pretty low profile just hanging out with the Carmichaels at Hillcrest.
The 10K went really well- my friend and I ran the whole way and didn't walk/stop once. We didn't get the most fantastic time but we had a good time doing it and raised quite a wee bit of money for cancer research.
I've actually been playing summer hockey and doing pre season fitness training all summer. The season proper has just started so I'm training twice a week, playing once a week and going out running in between times. I'm feeling pretty fit at the mo which is good.
What's been cracking with you? Still suffering from "empty nest" syndrome with the boy moving out?! Crying yourself to sleep at night I'm guessing.... xxx

Hi mate, Im on a course back in Devon from the 7th Jan for about 3 months so I have my whole work world in my car for the journey back down south. I will be heading down on the the Thursday and will just drive up on the sunday morning as its less than a 2hour drive from my family home, so will see you there. I will not be racing for East Kilbride for this one but for the Royal Navy, so will be in a dark blue skinsuit.
