So.....i went to Byron Bay for a few days, then to Brisbane for the weekend. Took a 17 hour bus and got back to Sydney on Tuesday. Shared the bus with cockroaches - lovely! So i got fuck all sleep. Got a flat in Sydney on Wednesday, moved in yesterday. Slept in a sheet and i was fucking freezin so now have buy a sleeping back, but we finally have a kitchen to cook food in with no other people mingling around and a nice bathroom....with a bath!!!!!!!! Ive had two baths and i was overjoyed. So ask me last week if i could stay in Australia forever and i would have said yes...but the past few days....hmmmm not so sure, i could take it or leave to be honest. Its cool as fuck yes but there is actually a lack of culture. Its like being in a comfort zone. Its English speaking, its easy to get around. EVERYONE has been raving about Thailand, i went to the Emirates building to ask if i can stop there on the way home, and i can! I can go to Thailand for up to 30 days and all it will cost me is airport tax - $26
Sorted, i am syched about that. Oz is sucking my money right up, seriously i piss and moan about the UK but fuck...we can go to the supermarket and buy a whole chicken for like 3pounds. The prices are nothing like i imagined, its not cheap. Serious people, our groceries are going up but its so not as bad as here. I really miss my family (i phone mummy all the time - sad!). But i can deal with it. Went for a work trial today at Bagel House, it went ok and i think i should get it totally but the manager was not a barrel of laughs so he may just decide to be a bastard. I really need a job, im sure i'll get something. The flat is great, staying with 2 American girls and two Frenchies - all nice girls so we seem to have knocked it off. I will be there for 3 months, so will be spending Xmas and New Year in the city
I need to buy a sleeping bag now or i will freeze another night!!!

5 weeks agoHad to smash the old car window today cuz I locked my keys in it. Good thing that I have two of the same car! One window swap later, it'll be on the road.
I've started going to the gym again too. 3 times in 3 days! I'm gonna get a bit less of a fat bastard I'm thinking.
How is Oz now? I wish that my damn lottery numbers would come up. If they came up tonight, I'd be there by Saturday at the latest.
