4. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants and the Winner fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. Notification: Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. Potential Winner must accept a Prize within five (5) business days of notification by either email or telephone. Any Winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in Prize forfeiture and an alternate Winner shall be selected. The potential Winner and, if the potential Winner is under the age of majority in such Winner's state of residence as of December 15, 2006, the potential Winner's parent or legal guardian, shall be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within seven (7) days of receipt. Alloy and Sponsor are not responsible, and may disqualify an entrant, if the entrant's email does not work or if entrant's email or street address, as applicable, is changed. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

6. Prizes: Ten (10) Winners will each be awarded a $5,000 cash scholarship. If Winner fails to provide the required invoice or access to a College Plan within fourteen (14) business days of Alloy's receipt of a signed affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, then the Prize will be forfeited and a new potential Winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may extend the time for a Winner to comply with the documentation or College Plan requirements of this Prize section of the official rules. If a Winner is under the age of majority in the Winner's state of residence and the Prize is not being paid directly to a College, then the Prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian of the Winner, subject to the requirement to establish a College Plan account for the benefit of the Winner.
