- Act II is the local youth drama group in Spalding for local people. Sessions are held throughout the week, ranging from Dance and Parent & Toddler to Singing and Musicals.
We have over 80 members who come to either one or several of these groups. Since about 2005, the members have performed dramas like Teechers and Midsummer Night's Dream, musicals like Wizard of Oz and We Will Rock You, and not forgetting the Mini Musicals have performed their version of High School Musical.
Act II have had years of great performances and strive to continue to build on their presence within the Spalding community.
This group is for all the members and supporters of Act II. It, like the website, will be kept up-to-date with the goings on of Act II. But we'd also love to hear what you think of what we do. Leave a comment or upload a picture that describes Act II to you.

Forbidden Planet to His Dark Materials!
WELL DONE EVERYONE FOR 'RETURN TO THE FORBIDDEN PLANET'.
It was amazing! Thanks to everyone that made the performances happen. From the hair & make-up, to the techies and sound/lighting guys.
So what can top that....?
Well the Wednesday Drama group will certainly try!!
In June, Phillip Pullman's 'His Dark Materials - Part 1' will be performed!
With a great cast and a well known storyline, everyone's bound to fine their inner daemon!
Then Part 2 is performed in August.

It's Christmas!!!
Hey guys! It's almost the start of the christmas season!
Don't forget that Act II has got two great events happening at the start of December!
On Thursday 6th it's the Act II Showcase, at the Vista from 7.30pm. All family and friends are invited to come and see what each of the groups performs.
Then on Saturday 8th it's christmas party time! It's held again at the Vista. Again all members and supporters of Act II are welcome to come and have a good time. There will be bands playing and a live DJ.

Hey everyone!
Well the summer is now here and Act II doesn't do summer holidays!
We've still got at least three productions on offer this summer.
The second part of Phillip Pullman's thrilling His Dark Materials will be appearing at the South Holland Centre on 1st & 2nd August.
See Disney's The Jungle Book being staged in the Fun Farm in Weston on the 2nd August.
Then Disney's Aladdin<i/> is being performed in Spalding Town Centre for all of the Spalding public to watch for free.
So make sure you're not bored this summer!
