ASTIG (Tough) a group of out-of-school-youth under the Lilok youth program recently submitted a project proposal to the British Council, Philippines. Their proposal was shortlisted amongst many. The title of their proposal is HAMOG - Henerasyong Aral at Mulat sa Obligasyon at Gawaing Pangkomunidad ( A Generation Skilled and Aware of their Obligation and Role in Community Development.). For their proposal to get into the table, an online voting is needed. We need your help here.
