Miss. Michelle =UPDATE=
Well I am in California. I can't wait to get home. I have been gone since June 1st. First we flew to Arizona for an Inter-tribal Timber Symposium where Mike recieved an award. And we left there on the 7th to fly here to Cali. Monday I was out in the sun for almost 6 hours (It was 97 degrees) and I felt REALLY weak like I was getting heat exhaustion. My hands were getting just swollen, and I felt just dizzy. But when we were in Arizona we went to the Grand Canyon.... It was BEAUTIFUL!!! But I was so scared... LOL! I have a fear of "OPEN" heights. LOL! But I have lots of photos I will put up when I get home. OMG the town south of us got evacuated tuesday and the fire there burned 21 structures.... and yesterday the town north of us got evacuated too. But I have an alibi....
The reason I am here in California is because the older ones who teach the Wildland Fire Investigation class are planning on retiring and handing over the "baton" as they say to Mike and me. WOW!!! So when they said that it kind of took me off guard but at the same time it was cool. But I better get going....

Just missing you!
This morning I put on Rob's karoke shirt and Chassy was like "Uncle Rob, I wanna hug him" and she just hugged me sooo tight. Today you would of been thirty eight...... I miss you so much!
I always think maybe if I would of looked harder for you at Sandy instead of trying to be in a rush to get home..... Maybe if i would of told you not to go on that jet ski.... Or if I would of stayed there longer you guys would of never took our spot and just changed your mind about jet skiing. I don't know there is so many different things that run through my head of how I could of changed that day.
Today I was thinking about the last time I seen you alive and you were VERY happy waving at the kids and I while we were swimming...
I just wish things were different but now you are with our family and my baby...... I LOVE YOU ROB!!!!!
