Anyway, alot more information has come out about the whole thing. Basically, the girl he hit seems (to me anyway) somewhat mentally unstable.
Ok, most of this information has been taken from the group credited above;
-The girls name is Perrine.
-Apparently, she has been stalking and harassing TH for months, she harassed Tom and Bill's mother, broke into Tom and Bill's house and took pictures of herself there and put out a cigarette on Tom's car.
-There's this crazy anti-TH group called the afghans, and Perrine is a member. They've been harassing TH for months.
-Dave Jost has filed charges against the grils, so Tom might not get any sentence! (Fingers crossed)
-The whole thing is supposed to have been planned, and Bill and Tom and Bill's best friend Andreas are the next targets!
These people are so pathetic. If they don't like them, they don't have to go out of their way to destroy their careers! And all they're doing is giving them more publicity anyway.
So, now we know the whole story behind it, has this had any affect on your opinion of Tom or Tokio Hotel as a whole?
