Me, Myself, and I

Discovered in a Dusseldorf nightclub at 19, I was flown to Paris to become a runway model. Less than a year later, I became the first black model to grace the cover of Vogue. From there I relocated to New York where I began a passionate affair with the lead singer of "The Knack." The song 'My Sharona' is based on me. Suzy didn't have enough syllables, so they changed it to Sharona.
I used my clout in the world of high fashion to launch a line of cosmetics which I named Mary Kay, after my maternal grandmother. Shortly after the company's inception, I purchased a Cadillac CTS, and had it painted to match the Mountain Laurel Blush, my top seller at the time.
After a decade in the beauty business, I switched careers entirely, penning a series of horror novels, many of which became blockbuster movies. Some titles include "Misery" and "Shawshank Redemption."

I currently reside in Los Angeles, where I'm creating a line of vegan kielbasa.
