Every minute you are angry, you lose sixty seconds of happiness.
Choose happy thoughts about yourself and know that you ARE good enough.
Be happy in the moment, thats enough. Each moment is all we need.
The one without dreams is the one without wings.
Accept everyone for what and who they are.
The greatest success is to live in happiness, peace and plenty.
You have a genie and the power to create magic

The Scary Guy is Coming to the City of Portsmouth At 6ft tall, 20 stone and tattooed from head to toe ... The Scary Guy is quite possibly the most powerful Agent For Change on the planet today!
AGENT FOR CHANGE To date, Scary has worked with millions of people around the world, addressing core behavioural issues, face to face. The results are immediate and lasting, drastically reducing today’s spiraling cycle of aggression in schools, communities and the workplace. His approach is unique, and uncompromising as he teaches students, parents and adults alike about what they can do on an individual level to change the world, teaching all how to take responsibility for their own behaviour in the form of their words and actions as Energy.
NEWS FEATURES Scary has been featured in over 1,700 newspaper and magazine articles, 700 radio interviews and hundreds of television shows worldwide. In Japan, Scary’s story was on the cover of 17 national newspapers, whilst a feature story written by Tom Cox, for the UK’s Saturday Telegraph magazine described him as; A Gentle Giant ... Bringing his anti-bullying message to schools in America and Britain with unprecedented success.
FEATURE FILM Scary was also recently the subject of a biographical documentary film, by German film maker, Uli Kick, released this summer at multiple European Film festivals and bought by a number of European National Television broadcasters. Following its release, Scary was described as a Difference Maker ...Opening gates in hearts, minds and souls. In the words of one Italian viewer: Seldom has a man pronounced words which have gone so deep as those you pronounced in this movie today.
TEACHERS’ TV
Throughout this year, Teachers’ TV has featured Scary’s work in the UK, providing viewers with an insight to his methods in High Schools. Filmed as part of their Inspirations series, a further piece, Scary Does Primary, will be broadcast in October. Scary also joined Peter Curran on the sofa of the Teachers’ TV Chat Show, The Bell, to give him a hug and discuss how to turn the tide on kids killing one another.
SCARBOROUGH PROJECT Scarborough headteacher, Hugh Bellamy,
was so impressed with Scary’s work, that with sponsorship from their local Pindar Corporation, he signed Scary up to a three-year contract. Now a familiar face in the school’s corridors, Scary has clearly built up a rapport with its troubled teens. Pindar School, then amongst North Yorkshire’s lowest performing schools, is now one of the most improved, recently receiving The Diana Anti-bullying Award. Working on the philosophy that continued punishment does not stop antisocial behaviour, The Scary Guy focuses on developing solid emotional intelligence and communication skills, in place of fists and verbal assaults. Hugh Bellamy said of his initiative to bring Scary to Pindar school: It is simply the most important thing I have done since I have been here.
PORTSMOUTH TAKES ACTION From 1st October, 2007, The Scary Guy will begin a five week Programme HOUSE TALK MAGAIZINE of work across five high schools and eight primary schools in Portsmouth. This initial phase will include a series of shows and presentations across Portsmouth schools and the community, sharing Scary’s teaching and message with all. There will be further development of his teaching and concepts for students in school through curriculum study material. In addition, each school will be provided with training to develop a specialist team of young people as Ambassadors for the Programme; students trained in The Scary Guy philosophy, empowered to teach their peers in the classroom. Scary has delivered his Programme of students TALK MAGAZINE actively teaching students to schools in the UK, Europe and America, with great success. USA high school Principal, Dave Wells said: I have never had so many kids talk, discuss, hug, and laugh so much following an assembly. You are not just a motivational speaker with a

The Scary Guy's message is pretty straightforward. He wants young people to put prejudice and intolerance aside and show love and acceptance to each other. It might sound all a bit happy-clappy for the fearsome figure whose teeth are capped with gold crowns, but Mr. Bellamy says his attention-grabbing image is what helps hammer home his positive ideals.
