Me, Myself, and I: Scar Tissue is a support group aimed at providing help, support and advice to self injurers and the people supporting them.

Self harm is possibly one of the least understood disorders of current times; whereas eating disorders have been well documented and are almost acceptable in society, self harm is still a taboo subject and a lot of sufferers are frightened about 'coming out' because of the reaction they might get.

With this site as well as our messageboards and website we hope to educate people about self harm; the whys and hows, and also provide a supportive and informative community where it is possible to get all the help that you need.

Busy busy

Well, the Scar Tissue website is coming along nicely. I've done a bit more work on it today and uploaded a new publication, and we're getting entries for the logo competition coming in. How we're going to be able to choose between them I don't know because they're all great, but we've got until next Tuesday to make a decision!
