The songs mean different things to different people. Personally, I think the lyrics certainly add to the songs, but they wouldn't stand up by themselves as poems. It's a cocktail of decent lyrics, piercing guitar, booming drums and shredding guitar that give Runrig their uniqueness.
I can't believe the person who done the quiz said they dont care about the lyrics. The lyrics make the songs

All the best Malcolm! Wishing you all the best for your op. I had a heart scare in November but all fine now - had to miss Eden Court concert though! Gutted!! Will be thinking about you and look forward to seeing you back where you belong on that stage at Scone on 29th! Take care.

The campsite opens 12 noon on Friday 28th August and closes 12 noon Sunday 30th August. The campsite will be open from 12.00pm on date of entry.
There will be a bar (subject to licence) and catering on the campsite (Fri & Sat); plus entertainment on Friday night.
All camp site ticket holders will be offered a free tour of the magnificent Palace and the Palace will be open on Friday night for extended hours to allow fans to enjoy the experience.
Each person aged 12 and above needs a camping ticket.
No dogs are allowed either in the campground or the festival areas. The only exceptions are for verifiable handicap-access canines.
