After discovering a love of electronic music in my early teens I tried my hands at dj'ing school discos/ small parties for a number of years. I am not one to lie and say it was all glorious and without hitch. I was admittedly young and narrow minded enough to think people would dance and enjoy every track I played. Every event helped me gain experience though- after blowing speakers to having fights during Christmas parties I eventually seen the error in my ways, or so I thought...

I eventually spent several months wages and bought a full entry level setup of lights and speakers and dj'ed my own 21st Birthday Party which proved to be a false economy as when you buy rubbish, you get rubbish!
I eventually realised that if I buy better equipment then it is apparent to all. I've since upgraded to the latest equipment detailed below.
I aim to please by providing a personal, professional service.
I only DJ because I love music!

Music:
My tastes are very broad- I enjoy listening to all sorts of music personally, pretty diverse usually so won't waste time by writing huge list here. I aim to provide a party aimed towards the individual, the reason I started MondoCo Mobile Dj's was due to the fact I believe too many people are playing such an obvious playlist time and time again, eventually it is insulting to go to a function where the guests can second guess every track before it is played.
Basically, you name it....I play it. Genres- No Limits.
Got access to a huge library of music, prefer to have requests in advance to ensure I'm organised on the night though.

Prices:
Prices vary on number of factors but always reasonable.
Charity Gigs/ Fundraisers will be discounted where and when possible.
I aim to beat competition and happy to discount for friends/ friends of friends etc.
If you used to cut my hair or work with my friend for example then don't be afraid to ask.
I never rip anyone off- over 4 years in business without a single complaint.

An amazing speaker setup, not going to bore people with science as find it hard to understand myself but the beauty is music is same volume throughout the hall, so there is no need to have it blaring which makes it uncomfortable for some guests. The other advantage due to this means guests (including myself) don't suffer from the horrible ringing sound (tinnitus) afterwards which can eventually lead to deafness.
My setup:
My typical setup is listed below:
I use my own deck stand which holds all my equipment complete with skirt to hide unsightly wires etc. No need to use odd tables designated for guests.
Music Technology:
Numark D2 controller attached to 1x 500GB Hard Drive and a 250GB Hard Drive
Numark 5000FX 5 Channel mixer
Sony Vaio FZ21M Laptop attached to portable 320 GB Hard Drive.
Lighting:
Chauvet Vue VI
2x Chauvet Colour Palette (daisy-chained.)
2 Chauvet Q-Roll 150's (daisy chained)

PA System:
Bose L1 and 2x B1 Bass Bins
Good Quality Microphone available for speeches.

Also have huge number of back up lights, fog machine- never used, laser machine, backup amplifier and passive speakers aswell as active Gemini GX450 speakers including stands etc. (If you wish any of the above extras then request upon booking please, alternatively if you know anyone who would fancy purchasing any of the items at good price then please put them in touch, as I'm running out of storage space)

      Due to the fact I'm a genuinely kind guy, I shall be giving away a limited number of promo cd's this coming Friday 8th August 08 @ REDS, the Arts Centre. Paisley.

      The CD is divided into 4 mini mixes, each of which includes many different genres.
