Hey guys we are incredibly excited to announce that Black Veil Brides have signed to Standby Records!

Hollywood, California’s BLACK VEIL BRIDES have announced that they’ve signed with Standby Records. The band, originally formed in Cincinnati OH in 2006, has already built an incredible following, both domestically as well as internationally. One of the first young bands to truly embrace connecting with their fans through social networking web sites, as well as video sharing sites, BVB already has a loyal and dedicated fan base all over the world. Fan clubs throughout Europe, South America, Asia and Australia, as well as North America have cropped up since the band's inception, based in part on the strength of their dynamic and charasmatic front man, Andy Six. The band's first music video, "Knives & Pens" has already had over 3/4 of a million views in just a little over two months and is one of the most commented rock music videos on all of Youtube.
When asked about signing with Standby, Six commented, “We are extremely excited to announce the next phase in Black Veil Brides’ career. A partnership with Standby Records gives us worldwide distribution for our upcoming record. Our fans all over the world will finally be able to buy our music through more conventional means, a CD in major retail stores, instead of only being able to download it off the Internet. Also, as a band that's both theatrical and highly visual, it will provide us with the chance to add a little something extra for our fans in the both the presentation and packaging of our music. We are extremely excited about the prospect of having the team of Standby, Regime Management and TKO behind us. The band will enter Chin Music Studios in Cleveland,Ohio with Don DeBiase and Johnny Burke (Beneath the Sky, Modern Day Escape, etc.) to record their upcoming full length, due out in early 2010.

Neil Sheehan, owner of Standby commented, “We had been looking at Black Veil Brides for a while, they were an Ohio band and that's our backyard. They just keep getting bigger and their songs stronger as they mature. When Andy moved to LA, I knew things would only get better.
