Shipping And Returns

Designerhandbagsdepot offers the following Returns Policy: When an order is received, please check it immediately and report any errors within 24 hours. We are committed to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Our commitment is backed with a 7 days guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept return within 7 days from receipt. If you notice damage to any item received or notices that the item sustain damages through packaging or shipping please notify us within 24hr of receipt. However all items and packages are checked carefully prior to shipment. Failure to notify us within 24hours will result in refusal of return. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return items. All items must return in new and unused condition, and must be in the exact order they were received. If you have to repackage any item please make sure to include the original accessories accompanying that item (such as but not limited to tags, dust bag, authenticity cards, etc…) and the original packing. Failure to return items in said condition will result in refusal of return. Items with security tags must be return as such. Once items are received and inspected, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm receipt and your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
