The colour of snores
I spent Friday night hallucinating again. Not sure what triggered it, I didn't eat anything that seems like it would have had SA in it. But Sat I felt pretty crappy after spending most of the night pacing trying to work out if I was breathing. Neil was oblivious until he woke up this morning and asked why all the coffee cups were on the floor in the kitchen in groups of four. I was trying to explain that they contained my thoughts, of course when I made the little arrangements it all made perfect sense to get them out of the cupboard and off the cup tree and put them on the floor.
Like most post-hallucinatory days I don't remember a lot of my thoughts, I do know I lost the ability to understand English at some stage. I also spent time sitting in the tub because I could breathe in there and I pondered sleeping in there.
And yes, Neils snores had colours and shapes. They started off a dark grey blue, squares with a faint zigzag pattern almost like wash clothes. But progressed to brighter weirder shapes, including a fluro pink weird s shape (but thicker at one end) that was soft and fluffy.
I am hoping my daughter does not share my same allergy otherwise she might have had a rough night, although not sure if babies can hallucinate per se?0 commentaires 454 jours

Lets see, well I wanted to talk about some uni drama but find now I just can't be bothered. I will say argggggh why do some people have to suck!!!
So next topic is of course woohoo I am an Aunty again! Molly finally popped yesterday afternoon and had baby Maddison, 8lbs 2oz. I haven't seen her yet because I was at uni until 8:30 last night
But we are going in this evening so yay!

On the topic of babies, I saw my mid-wife this week and all is well. My baby is going to double in size over the next 3 weeks which is great but kind of scary. My clothes are all tight - why of why did I throw away all my clothes as I lost weight!! I have one pair of jeans that are two sizes too big so the ass is totally saggy but at least they are comfy around my stomach although they tend to migrate down quite a bit -LOL-
Three weeks until our next scan when we will hopefully find out if we are having a boy or a girl and will find out if our baby has all the right bits in the right places. It is exciting and scary at the same time - the past two weeks at uni I have been teaching about genetic mutations and it makes me so much more aware of just how many things can go wrong even though chances are with you. I actually think meeting Janine's little girl was a good thing because I have thought about what it would be like but not from an "oh my god horror" point of view but from... well I guess the best way to say is a "welcome to Holland" point of view.
And now I am off for a swim and then I get to spend the whole weekend marking oh yay! Actually I like marking at least at first but when you have 150+ to mark it gets really tiring, the done pile gets bigger yet the to do pile never seems to get smaller -LOL-0 commentaires 487 jours

Did some data entry stuff today, real interesting. Very cool to have an office I must say lol. Enjoy sitting down and typing the stuff in, will be interesting to see what reoccuring themes come up.

GSR Bevans choice but yeah woohoo anythings better than the beamer man!!! Yeah was guna go dwn this weekend prob next weekend though as our power bill is 450 so dont think we'll have much left after that hahaha but yeah next weekend hows willow going not long now.... 2 months!!

never mind, just have to wait and see a.
Going to look at a house this afternoon, most exciting- 99% sure we are taking it, just need to get the boys to look, although I don't think they are fussed as long as they can put the foosball table somewhere lol. going to see a bed too, will be uncomfortable sleeping on the floor otherwise ha.
Can't believe the next time we catch up you'll be a mum, how exciting, as long as I get to play. Poor cats are going to be so jealous lol.

I know, strange that im no longer a first year lol. enjoying a few days off before i start the scholarship- although i actually have no idea when it starts lol.
aw, thats so sweet, how big is she now, could you see everything-meaning does she look like a baby yet/??

I think I screwed it, the Bio exam that is. I was finished in 1 1/2 hours. oh shizer. That was nowhere near as good as last year. sad times. trying to study for Earth now on Tuesday but my neck is about to give out from being hunched over books.
oh this sucks!
Hows the wonderful Brydget? Willow behaving herself? how far gone are you now, it must be getting on for sure.

my back- well i had the stupid idea of wearing heels.... my hips are a bit skewif. suffering now! Thought the gym would counteract it, but obviously not.
Well I think the test went good, but your the one with it in your hands and you can see what I got!!! When are we likely to get the results? the only one you stumped me on was the dialysed and undialysed lipase and the speed with which it broke down fats. I fluffed that one for sure lol.

well, so Joe won... at least its not zebra finches. That's me, marooned on the island in the middle of lake rotorua (smelly!!) with the kokako. and you know what, it just dawned on me after sayin yes to joe about it, that there will be slugs and WETAS!!!!!!
