1. Always be careful when downloading files.
2. Always update your anti-virus.

8. Once you have downloaded the program install it and download the latest updates.

10. When you have completed the updates for Malwarebytes then restart your computer and repeatedly keep pressing F8 before Windows loads, then you will have a choice to choose Safe Mode. 11. Click on your user account or if you can’t see your user account then choose Administrator, once the account has loaded a box will pop up and just click YES, then click on Malwarebytes and choose full scan, normally it can take up to 90minutes to complete.
12. Once the scan is completed you should have all viruses removed and Malwarebytes will prompt you to restart your computer, click YES.
13. Once your computer is restarted you should have a smooth running computer.
