#; Born as Nicola O'Connor on December 15th in 1915, she was named after her grandmother. Being the only child was a success since she received all the attention. Born to a Family of Irish Gypsies wasn't all that easy though, it contained a lot of moving around and never settling down in one place for too long since they traveled in a carnival. When Nicola hit the age of 18, she received her own booth and started doing palm readings.

- One busy night at the carnival Nicola was working her booth and only had a few customers. A man approached her asking for a palm reading, without hesitation she agreed to do it but felt like there was something off about him. During the palm reading the man murmured a simple word and kissed her knuckle gently before getting up and leaving. Nicola quickly ran after him but he was no where insight. When Nicola turned 25, she stopped growing and aging. Immortality took over her. Young Nicola watched as her family died all around her and she was one of the last remaining Gypsies of the Irish kind. In 1985 Nicola changed her name to Maeve.

- Starting her new life as a new women Maeve moved to New York to start from scratch. Starting off as a waitress in a small family owed diner she saved her money and only ate once a day when she got her free meal. After getting to her goal of savings she rented an apartment and moved in with what little items she had, a bag of clothes and a bundle of blankets. After for there for 3 more years she had enough to buy all the home improvements she needed for the apartment. When Maeve felt strong enough to explore the rest of the city she was quickly hired as a bar tender in a biker club where she quickly meet many people who protected her until she could fend for herself in this new life. For all the years she loved away from her home, her accent never faded.

- Just a couple years after her new beginning she started to realized that her body was developing a new source. She had power stirring up inside of her and she had complete control over it. A little over a year later, Maeve had everything mastered, she can be completely human and no one knew a thing different about her.
