    decided to postpone the dundee reunion on the 26th. don't know when to yet so keep an eye out.

    THIS is the story...OF WHISKY.

    We only need 3 ingredients, barley, water and yeast. Barely looks like this *show*

    water comes from there *point*

    yeast comes later.

    In here we mix water & barley to get sweet wort

    *go to fermention*

    YES I KNOW IT SMELLS IN HERE.

    here we make a beer like liquid

    *go to still house*

    boil it up, draw off vapour, two distillations, 3 products, they're all shit

    *go to warehouse*

    thats a barrel, I mean cask

    *go to visitors centre*

    here, drink this

    SLAINTE MHATH!



    apart from the fact I missed out safety, no photos here or here, please don't try and lower your child into a wash back, you know, the usual sort of warnings, I'd say it was a concise tour! (now you know the secret of 20 minute tours, I entrust thee with the task of bringing racing round the distillery to season '07)

    Also, one more thing - remember the lame jokes, the tour just isn't a tour without lame jokes!!
