- Groundswell was founded in 2000 by Amanda Tomlinson.
Roughly two years ago another dance instructor, Leanne Hughes, joined Amanda.
In the past, we were a professional touring company that ran dance workshops for schools etc.
For the previous five years we have been a dance school, and for the previous three years we have become one of, if not, the best in Wales!
Amanda told us that Groundswell has been her life for nearly ten years;
and we all agree that our life wouldn't be the same without her, Leanne and Groundswell.

Annual Show 2009.
I think I speak on behalf of everyone who saw the show when I say;
"It couldn't have gone better"
From start to finish the audience were screaming, clapping and generally enjoying the show!
When I asked people about the show they'd tell me it was fantastic and that the dancers were full of energy.
Another good night for Groundswell.

On Sunday, 16th of August we were lucky enough to have a class taught by the amazing Bboy MouStef.

For all of you that competed a massive congratulations and a well done.
Well done to all the teams that competed,
Ground and pound;
Tap out;
and Menace,
who all won first place in their category's and are moving up.
Other dancer's did solo's and I know for sure we had two in the finals of their category's.
Some did duet's and got far also.
Groundswell came out well,
better than Farenhite!!
