- The Abbeyknockmoy Senior Set Dancers will perform live on "Up for the Match" this Saturday night at 9:25 on RTE 1. Music on the night will be played by Micheal Sexton and Pat Walsh.
Congratulations to the Abbeyknockmoy 12-15 year old girls set dancing team on winning the All Ireland Fleadh Cheoil in Tullamore. Another All Ireland Fleadh Cheoil title for the Abbeyknockmoy Set Dancing Club. Well done girls. Check out their photo in the Ladies Set folder.
The Abbeyknockmoy Set Dancers danced at Aras an Uachtarain in the Phoenix Park lately. They danced for President Mary McAleese at a function celebrating 125 years of the GAA. This is the second time the senior set have met and performed for Mary McAleese.

This weekend May 3rd the Abbeyknockmoy Set Dancers are going for title number 5 in the Macra National Talent competition. Dancing for Abbey are Geraldine Flesk, Amanda and Cassandra Lally, Avril Mannion, Rebecca O Connor, Clare Hession, Tracy McHugh and Patricia Dooley. The event this Sunday takes place in the National Concert Hall, Dublin at 6:30pm. Good luck girls and hopefully we'll have another title back in Abbeyknockmoy.

The Abbey set dancers would like to thank the Lough Ree ceili band for the outstanding music they played for us in this years Scor finals.
