About Me

Tagline
Come on the Hoops!
Me, Myself, and I
Left uni in 2006 then went and spent every penny I ever had on travelling the perimeter of Ireland on a bicycle! After a brief spell back home I headed back to live in Derry permanently in autumn 2007. Living the dream by living in Ireland but might have to move back to the old land one day soon in order to further my career! Plenty of fun to be had before then hopefully!
Music
Irish stuff. Traditional to rebel, you name it. Shebeen are by far and away the best but you can't beat a bit of Christy Moore for a chillout sesh with a couple of cans!
Films
Back to the Future, Naked Gun trilogy. Put any slapstick stuff on and I'll watch it. Any factual films on subjects which I take an interest like In the Name of the Father and Michael Collins.
Sports
Celtic. The Hoops. The Bhoys. But soft spots are reserved for Barcelona and St Pauli.
Scared Of
rats, low-flying pigeons, hangovers, strange men knocking at my window at 3am wanting to get in the house, my flat-mate walking into my room in the middle of the night saying he 'can't get to sleep', TV licence men, my landlord
Happiest When
cycling on the open road with my ipod, seeing Celtic win, having a hearty laugh with my mates, and having a damn good retro sing-song in the bar.

I should know more about when I'm off this week. If I do the normal 3 months I'll get off around the 10th of Sept.
Hopefully we'll get a Euro adventure this year, don't think we've been on the piss away in Europe, missed you completely in Milano :L

No idea how long I'll be on here for so can't book anything right now. How long will the walk take and when is it?
Feck that, I'd only do it if we stopped at every pub on the way :L
