- This group is for all of the people in Navan or near Navan that do Parkour , Freerunning or Tricking. This groups' purpose is to introduce people to parkour/freerunning, and be a hub for traceurs/freerunners in the area to share progress, organize jams and look for support. Feel free to check out our vids, blogs etc even if you don't do parkour.
A little bit about parkour:
Parkour is the art of movement, getting from one place to another as smoothly and quickly as possible using the principles of the human body. Using parkour, we can overcome obstacles, not only in getting around the place, but in life too. It began in Lisses, France from Sebastien Foucan and David Belle's childhood games , with his friends when he was a kid.They began to practice it more when they got older and eventually formed what we call now parkour

Sean:Wall Flip, B-twist, One-Armed Front Handspring
Wall Flip - Perfect in De gym , Jst needs to nail it outside. Able to do it unassisted in the gym, not outside yet still needs spotting to get over the fear! link to first unassited wallflip in the gym we train at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0FOkf...
B-Twist - needs to get more air so hand(s) won't touch the ground.
One-Armed Front Handspring - mostly perfect, needs to land more upright.m
Backflip - able to do unassisted in gymnastics hall off a small height, needs to learn on flat ground with more control and technique.
Jamie:Front Flip,SideFlip,Backflip
Front flip - Almost perfected to jacks standard
Perfect off height, Over things and almost nailed on a flat 
SideFlip - Just learning in the gym Its pretty good in there tho
Backflip- Avnt tried it in a while want to get back into it !
