- Ich über mich
- My life is pretty cool, I think. I live in a very beautiful city with a lot to offer and I am surrounded by people that are very supportive. I'm living in North Seattle with Jason, my HUSBAND
I work at The Herbfarm as the Dining Room Detail Cordinator. I have a new hobby of keeping orchids. I'm also a sports fan. My schedule nearly revolves around baseball. I also follow the SuperSonics cause i like Seattle sports. Jason and I enjoy going to baseball games together, especially afternoon games in leftfield. I hope the Mariners gel this season and go out and fight for the flag. I also have a Fantasy Baseball team called "Sugar Junkie" and so far I have in the upper half of the league. My fantasy team makes my love for the sport of baseball even deeper and even gets me to follow nearly every game because I have players all over the place. It's so fun to get to play manager! Jason also has a team (or 2!) We have fun follwing the MLB together. Great fun.
- Sports
- Seattle sports are a large part of my life. I really enjoy baseball, as it seems pure to me in so many ways. The Mariners are looking good this year! They have a good core of guys and as long as we don't have too many injuries, I think we can make it to the post season! Wouldn't that be exciting!
The Seahawks have been fun to watch too! I went to one game last season (seats on the 50 yard line, a few rows from the field!!) And it happened to be the game that Hasselback got injured and we lost our first homegame in three years... I have decided for the good of Seattle sports that I won't jinx them with my bad luck... I will not attend anymore games. Again, for the good of The Seattle Seahawks.
I also follow the Sonics, but now the new owners are telling the city that they will leave the city of Seattle if they do not get a new arena.... I am trying to be hopeful... - Work
- I work for The Herbfarm in Woodinville. I set the dining room and help prepare for service on the evenings we serve. I consider myself a detail manager for the front of the house I keep things neat and orderly. My job is make the dining room perfect for the perfect evening of our guests. I got an assistant, Katelyn, about a year ago and she does most of the folding now. I also have one "setting" day off a week.
- Health and Body
- I have JRA (Juvinile Rhumitoid Arthritis) I was diagnosed in 1996, and began feeling symptoms in 1995. It progressed aggressively in 1998 and I have been trying to get my health from that point. I have had a few surgeries for broken ligaments and I also had my wrist fused to ease the pain of having no joints in my right hand (literally). I have been on a newer medication called Humira. It's pretty expensive, but it's doing a good job of helping keep me on a lower dose of prednisone. All in all, I am lucky to have this illness at a time when the drugs are getting better and better all the time. Oh, and that I have a steller support system around me to snap me back into reality when I get down. It could be worse but I am getting better, I have chosen to believe.
- Games and crafts
- I've always loved to do little crafty things, and now that i have the use of two hands (most of the time) I love to draw and doing crafty things. Nickki and I are going to make some crafting dates once she gets a little more settled into their new home. I'm so excited to start using my brain again! As far as games go, I have discovered Suduko, Killer Sudoku and, Kakuro. I can stay awake until the wee hours in the morning doing my puzzles. I'm seriously a junkie of these puzzles. They help my mind keep some-what fresh and gets the ol' brain rattled a bit.
- Happiest When
- I'm just hanging out watching a movie with Jason. Talking with Nickki about anything and everything because she keeps me sane when things get rough. Watching or listening to baseball when the Mariners are playing good team ball. When the Seahawks made the SuperBowl and I got to have home town pride in Las Vegas during SuperBowl weekend surrounded by Steelers fans. I also love drawing on ratemydrawings.com I can stay up with this until all hours with this too.
- My Family
- My family means the world to me, without them I am nothing but a shell of a human. They help shape my opinions, emotions, and the way my world turns. I am one of the luckiest people that have lived in this world. Thanks family, i love ya. Honestly there is not enough room to say everything I want to about my family here, so just read my babbeling writings about my daily life and you will see how lucky I really am to have this group around me.
- Pets
- My goodness, pets. I have Figaro, the kitty that is constantly talking to me and Jason. We have fish, two tanks. One has my freshwater fish of mostly tetras. They are beautiful, happy little fish. I love to watch them just swim in their tank and be joyful. J runs the saltwater tank. We have a reef system going there. A pair of mated maroon clown fish, a coral banded shrimp, a coral beauty, many hermit crabs and snails make up the pets that we have there. We have an anenome for the clown fish and many other cool reef invertebrates and live things that make watching that tank as good as any non-sporting event on television! I also have a pot-bellied pig that my parents now care for at their house. She is 15 years old and black in color with a itty-bitty pink spot in the center of her nose. She loves to bathe in the sunshine and have her tail braided. Pigs are wonderful animals! In the future (soon I hope) we are going to get a puppy dog. Right now we are set on a "Puggle". Half pug, half

Late August Birthdays
Late August Birthdays 0 minutes ago
It has been a busy month for all of us, so it seems. We all should get together soon for a birthday celebration and formal meeting of the newest August baby, Oscar Elliott Zimmerman! I don't know if we should do the Red Robin thing again or get together at a house? I am thinking that my house is a wee too small for a large get-together in the summer (it gets way too warm in the daytime into the evening and would only be HOTTER with 20 bodies...) OR if we all are going to be at the cabin for Labor Day weekend? I actually convinced my assistant to take a Sunday for me and let me go up to the cabin for the first time in a VERY long time. If we all won't be there we should do a dinner out or something like that for the Oscar, Emily, Jason, and Kayrena birthdays. Let me know what will work for all of you folks.
PS.... Jason has to work this weekend and won't be at the cabin, but we could at least celebrate 3 of the 4 birthdays?
Love you all1 Kommentar 818 Tage

A little drawing for the May babies
Hi all,
I wanted to wish my may birthday buddies a very happy birthday. I tried really hard to color inside the lines, but I have to admit that I am not perfect. Anyway, I created a little drawing on ratemydrawings.com wishing the may beauties a happy birthday. Click on the link below to see the drawing. I wish there was a way (there probably is a way..) that I could put the little drawing up here on bebo. but I am not that computer savy.
Love you all,
Annie Bannanie

my favorite web site
For everyone that would like a drawing web site that is so very cool go to ratemydrawings.com They are adding and improving the program to draw with and you can even make pretty decent drawings with a mouse. My Dad bought me a drawing tablet that makes the site even more addictive for me. There are some really amazing drawing on this site. I feel silly sometimes with my drawings because they are so raw, but I have so much joy drawing with this thing that I just don't care and I keep putting my things up there to be rated. I don't really care about the ratings myself (1-10 system and they even have a "theme" each month for a competition) Anyways, there is also a "manga" category that I know Emily would like to take a peek at. Just for fun at least. But there are also categories for still-life, animals, cartoons, portraits, landscapes and the monthly changing theme. This month is it is"Heros", last month it was "water". The month before was "emotion" It's so cool to see what people come up with. It amazes me how people have such talent and creativity. It's so funny how childish many of my drawings look. Once again, I don't care, it's fun!
I must warn people that go to this site though because time skips horribly once you get into a drawing. Tonight, for example, it went from 10 o'oclock to SUDDENLY mid-night!! Then I come to bebo.com and another time skip.... It's now 1:30 in the morning and it's a school night for me, so I must stop and get some beauty sleep.
Love to all,
Anne

I saw the comments about Ken Griffey Jr. I am sure that was quite a game to be at. Takes me back to the baseball days!! We went to a Rainier's game a few weeks ago. The kids had a great time. I think we will start going to baseball games more often!!

I hope this week has gone good for you!! Anyway if this weekend doesn't work that is okay. I don't know if I told you but I finally enrolled in Real estate School. I have been doing it online and I am very close to being finished. Then I have to go take my test in Tukwila. Probably in the next week or two, so I am getting excited. My goal is to pass my test by my B-day. So only a few weeks to get it accomplished. I am trying my hardest! I will let you know when I pass successfully!! Love you so much best friend of mine!!
Love,
