Thank for your comment. Yup - Privacy is an issue - but it certainly isn't an inhibitor in the slightest. I think it's important that you grasp the concept that I'm running this campaign using holistic stratergies.

The 'control measures' that your speaking off, will be a set of policies that will take effect as soon as a case of Cyberbullying has been reported, whereby, evidence is analysed and an effective response is made on the bully.

It's imperitive that you understand that I'm not suggesting a Big Brother mechanism whereby, all forms of contact using Technology are monitored by a Government body. What I am suggesting, is a more effective, stringent, and very much focused code of strategies to be used if a case is reported to tackle the issue. But these can only take effect when the case is reported.

Then the other aspect of my campaign is comitted to raising awareness, and reduce prevelance through understanding; giving people confidence to step forward.
