hey - got a funny story for u!! high jumped today at womens league (1.40) but 3rd attempt at 1.45 which i was never going to clear, i came down on top of the bar and managed to break it - whoops!!! the guy who was one of the officials at the bar thought i'd broken my back or something - telling me not to move etc!!!! Martin was in hysterics!!!

Ok story over. Have one essay finished and ready to hand in tomorrow and another one to do for friday...yipppee. last essays ever...fingers crossed. then have to hope that my next placement goes really well and all is good for my plan to be a teacher....scary XXX

We stay in West Bridgford and Erl works in Tollerton so not too far from Cotgrave at all! I must admit I do work a lot and when I get the rare weekend off I scoot back up to Scotland to visit my family! Been here for a while now and I love it!

hey Missy, how you doing? Got your email, couldn;t be bothered opening all the photos but I'm sure I will when i get a chance. Had my 1st week of teaching in my 2nd placement (well in school) I'm at Portobello High School which is only the biggest school in edinburgh ( a bit different from Auchterarder) think it'll be fine - all my classes seem fine...only a few nutters! turns out that edinburgh schools get a week off in feb which means I'll teach for a week, have a week off then have 3 weeks teachng after the holidays so going to go pretty fast I think!! does mean I'm off on Valentines day so am available to be treated (apparently its my turn to pay for dinner - not sure about that tho!)

Enjoy your last week of the Oz sunshine - so jealous, wish i was back there!!!

hey Miss P, you still out there? long time no hear!!!?

I'm doing good-teaching is good. had to teach standard grade gymnastics today -25 boys- not the best but we only had mats and there was a trampete but didn't think they deserved it!! next time they're in the proper gymnastics room with sprung floor etc so should be more fun if i can figure out what to do with all the apparatus.

apart from school not been up to much at all-dont really have time. have got a wee weekend job but its the easiest job ever in an antiques type shop- the guy who owns it is a Count and pays me too much each time so its good!!
