Alan & Sarah 25th July 2009
Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Edgar! Alan and Sarah tied the knot on Saturday 25th July at Park Circus Registery Office in Glasgow. After a lovely ceremony Sarah and Alan enjoyed the beautiful sunny day posing for pictures at the fantastic venue before moving on to the reception at The River Inn in Houston. The whole day ran smoothly and Sarah looked stunning as she enjoyed herself, even the kids Alfie and Poppy were as good as gold! Helpful Hints - Bridesmaid Dresses
As you may already have read, I am doubling up as wedding coordinator for one of my 2010 brides. The first challenge has been the dress, no big suprise there I hear you say, but no it is not the brides dress that is proving difficult, it is the bridesmaids. It is fairly uncommon to have 2 or 3 bridesmaids that are all the same age, size and suit the same colours. The usual solution to this dilemma is to choose something plain and simple. I however think that you can use this to your advantage and be adventurous. Why not try 3 different colours and 3 different styles? Each bridesmaid will look individually fabulous, and how easy will that make the photographers job? "Bride, Groom, Pink, Blue, Purple look this way and give me a smile"

2010 weddings
New booking for 2010, they just keep coming! Not bad for a new company. This will be my first wedding where im not only going to be taking fantastic photographs of the beautiful couple but I am involved in the coordinating of the big day. Helping with flower arrangements, making invitations, I've even been asked for my imput on the dress.
Having so much fun with the Bride and the wonderful bridesmaids, its going to be a great day at Burnhouse Manor.

They loved the venue and yup, thats just about everything done. Just need to find someone to do make up, hire a couple of Kilts and a few other wee things and thats us sorted. Got the menu organised at the weekend, the chef from raeburns on new st does the food for ashtree so i'm Deffo lookin forward to that! Altho i dont know if steak pie goes well with a wedding dress... Could be messy! Lol x
