Información: 10 years in the Air Force as a radar technician/instructor, 9 years with Tait Electronics (two-way radio manufacturer) on the end of a ballpoint pen or a soldering iron. Plus a small smattering of miscellaneous jobs here and there using a soldering iron.

Music: Abba, along with some other stuff from the 60's.
Movies: Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
Sports: Hockey, soccer, volleyball. (Watching, not participating)
Scared Of: Idiot car drivers, especially when they're driving 4WDs with battering rams on the front like the halfwit who attempted crossing the Waipara Junction in front of me and an oncoming big truck today. Maybe (s)he realised that the truck would kill him, because the brakes were suddenly slammed in a panic stop while the rest of us wet our pants.
Happiest When: On the driving end of a soldering iron, keyboard or ham radio microphone. Telling jokes, solving the world's problems.
Hobbies: Ham radio, reading, writing computer sofware, Soduko, crossword puzzles, growing Swan Plants and other plants for Monarch Butterflies, futile attempts at mind-melding with cats.
