Me, Myself, and I
I am a professional chef, author, freelance writer and culinary consultant based in Perth, Western Australia who hosts a Modern Australian menu with a high influence of native Australian produce.

I am slowly bringing attention to these products in the Western Suburbs of Australia through radio interviews, magazine and newspaper articles, and by bringing forward a creative menu for all to indulge in.

I am available for private functions and catering, short and long term contracts, radio or television presentations, cooking demonstrations, magazine and newspaper article writing, food photography and charity work.
