- Who would have thought after 4 years away..... I am black..... I mean Back! Made the shift to the TG of A to sort things out and kick things up again. Family friends it is true, time to live life like you should, in a frecking mean town. Going to be doing some teaching work and looking forward to the National League this year as I'm rep'n it for my home province and can't wait. Feel blessed for the opportunities and I hope they just keep rolling in!
Life is one big lesson that you'll learn when you are through, don't get caught up on mistakes and revenge as at the end of the day what do you strive to be remembered for! It is a journey, so don't be happy with the destination, go beyond it. Make your own footsteps, as following others will not allow you to meet your true potential or destiny. The pages of history are filled with the greats, dream, strive and achieve so that you are not forgotten. Impossible is Nothing! - Music
- Music is a very enjoyable pass time and is a very important part of my life, as I enjoy writing, listening and playing it. At the moment I am loving Op shop as well as some other big bands playing acoustic sets. Myself I play the piano, saxophone and the guitar. It is a life long dream to one day pick up the bag pipes!
- Films
- None of these girly music, classical, animation, lil kidy type of movies. In the opposite corner of movies I hate are the unbelievable gore movies which are made mainly to see excess level of blood and guts. I dont mean to judge, but its just not normal. Sporting movies and comendies is where its at 4 me!
- Sports
- By trade I am a hockey player, with highlights being making the AISC team and the ripper bunch of guys we have there. I have learnt showers after the game is a huge part of team bonding in the Indian community and is always highlighted when we win.
- Fav Quote
- I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - victorious. Vince Lombardi A.K.A. (The Man)
- Fav Activities
- I enjoy long walks on the beach at 6:23 o'clock to ensure the excitment is at its peak. I hav recently taken part in more mature adult like activities such as drinking coffees. This has increased the growth of my mow by approximately 2.45%
- Fav Book
- I'm not going to lie and pretend that I am actually a reader, I usually find more interesting things to do with my time. Don't get me wrong I would like to sit down and read at a cafe with my new coffee drinking habit, but my attention span is too short. So maybe the bible...

The Final Word (please note this story is copy write, all rights belong to none otha than Stevey G)
Day 5
Waking up this mourning I was actually feeling really good. I was on a role when I was even the first one to have a shower. Well breakfast was breakfast once again. But the thought of sleeping on a mattress at home was finally getting to me. I was loving the idea, but I would still miss being out in the wilderness with my class. I can definitely say I have learnt a few more things about people.
Now it was time to hit the same bike ride that we had done the afternoon before. I wasn’t really dreading it as much because I know that I had done it before. After tackling the hill again I started feeling a burst of energy as we were nearing the end. This is probably the internal drive that Lance Armstrong talks about nearing the end of the race. If he can do it with a monoball, imagine what I can do with two. It was even easier to get to Wanganui because of the amount of people drafting. I became a singing machine with about 45mins to ride. We started little groups and busted out little medleys. My favourite had to be Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody. This has always been a favourite because of the range whist singing the lyrics, creating a challenge for all whom dear to sing it.
It really annoyed me how everyone started pedalling out on to the road and biking really slow about 5km out. This made it dangerous for cars, as well as ourselves. But it all lined up to a mean as sprint as we were nearing the beach.
On arrive to the beach some of our class members deemed it necessary to wear a suit to the water. This wasn’t just any suit; of course it had to be their birthday suit. Possibly because of the lack of shower facilities during the week? This did seem a little inappropriate at the time, as there was a class of young students on a field trip. As the younger students teacher didn’t set a good example for the students, as he lead the charge starting a wall of wanking gestures with the students in his class. It really ended there as a vanload left early, leaving us to wait on our trip back to Palmy. The end did feel bit empty with no real climax. But the journey we made, was one to remember! As you can see by my reflections, you can defiantly see the learning talked about in class. Being able to experience what was in our backyard. I’m Stephen Graham and that was my Diary.

The People have Spoken
Day 4
Wow, Day 4 but needless to say I would have chewed off my little toe for a mattress that night. But now I had an understanding and was able to respect how Spartacus would of felt having to sleep on the ground when he was on the run from the Roman Empire. I mean Sully is no Roman Empire, but hey, Sully did give us a sleep in, even if he had a mattress himself, this self proclaimed hard man, probably was the softest when it came to having to sleep. A true gentleman and nice guy (for example myself) would have given up his comfort for one of the ladies. I guess what I am trying to say is my sleep was really bad. Well breakfast was, by now you should have been able to guess? If not your obviously not reading my yarns in the respect that they deserve. No, in fact if you are unable to guess…. Wait that’s the wrong word, haha if you are unable to tell me what it was, I request that you stop reading this story now. The only way I could forgive such a travesty would be if you were to read over the previous chapters and catch up with the rest of the readers in answering this question! Now back to the story and today I had decided I was going to have a song in my head for the whole day. There was going to be strict criteria to what song was going to be able to make the cut. This just so happened to be “The World’s Greatest” by R Kelly. As we squashed in the truck to head to the tramp, I was quietly humming to myself. This was going to set the tone for the day, as I was feeling a lot better than last night. So off we marched into the wilderness. Only knowing that our destination is going to be back at the woolshed. How ironic, travel 16km’s to end up where you started. For truck stake that sounds like some fun. I would rather walk 300 metres down the road to my local KFC and back, at least I would have been able to achieve something! It’s just an unbeatable snack to get you through the day. I could probable fill the rest of this chapter about the greatness of KFC, but I’m afraid I am going to have to get back on track, as I have already plugged them enough in this story. I have to admit that I was starting to feel my knees walking so slowly up all the up hills. It didn’t make me angry though because I did understand that people were moving at there own pace. As not everyone one could be gifted with perfectly tanked and toned calf and quad muscles like mine. The generosity of people in the class was profound as they were nice enough to let me pace as the saw my knees straining. It wasn’t going to be a haunting experience like the year before; as Kiran was pushing two huge bolders threw the hike. Haha but again that was another story, just need to be away of running water…… (sorry to other readers only Div wat, Div B fourth’s will be able to understand that joke, can’t go into too much detail as there will be tears. Probably by the people reading it, but remember I am a nice guy and could do such a thing).
I don’t know how it came about but we starting talking about fishing, maybe it was because we were out in the wilderness. But I found out a lot about people in the class and their experiences just from that little tramp. I now even know about the huge sharks out by the Taranaki. When we arrived at the hut it was feeding time. But as I was getting my food out I felt an itch behind my ear. As I itched it I found it was a wasp and I got stung a couple of times behind my ear. This off put me off a bit as I started to develop a fear of stalking wasps. First seagulls and now wasps, this was turning into a battle with Mother Nature. Every time something would fly around my face I would quiver. This was the starting point for me to run my way through the bush. Josh and Ben were eager beavers too. So off we set at a ridiculous pace, walk on the up hills and run on the down hills. We made it down safely after having to drive out of the way of a few suicide-bombing attempts from a few seagulls. We were able to0 commenti 740 giorni

It's here, it's here DJ SG is spining it like its hot! Chapter 4 u MoFoz
Day 3
Breakfast was less of a deal this mourning. But definitely took the time to eat, as I saw how much my body needed food to remain in working order. Didn’t want my finely sculpted body to loss any definition, let alone any damage to my ego! Haha, like if that could ever happen! So as I popped back a whole pack of roids with some water of course I took the time to see the links between how the Red Rooster needs fuel to run and our body needs to be topped up to remain in working order, as both are high performance machines. The clean up this mourning was once again electric. I mean do I need to say anymore? TIME OUT……. If you are one of those smart arse readers thinking to yourself, why is he asking me questions? I can’t even answer them! Well for all I care you can stop reading these stories, cause if you are asking yourself these sorts of questions, you are probably to intelligent to be wasting your time and don’t deserve to be reading these superior yarns! If you are still reading, I like you, you’re my kind of people! Ok I’ll get back to the story now. TIME IN……. We are just becoming more and more efficient. If we were an elite cricket squad, there would be no substitutions, because dang we are performing. Well today started of with sliding with our kayaks down to the water. To me this resembled the movie clips I have seen of buffalo heading down to the water to get a drink. Everyone was jumping over and pushing through each other. But once we hit that water we became pretty determined to get out of there. Today was the day that the Seagull’s gathered round. Well a group of four of us were paddling at the back and there was this huge screech. I only saw the back of the group of Seagulls fly over the back of one of the cliffs. Little did I know this was not going to be the last time we saw them……
Damo, Ben and myself ended up paddling at our own pace and going for a bit of a drift. This was until we got to one rapid. I would like to call it the black hole of all the rapids we had been through. This was because this rapid was not only going to devour one of our classes’ strongest paddlers, being Benjamin McDonald AKA Goat Hunter but also the double kayak. This is no mean feet for any rapid, but for the people who made it through, as an old tribal monk Yao Tsuchimoto from Hitachi says “there is no greater challenge, than the one which is conquered”. I feel this is held true for all survives of the black hole of all rapids. Ben’s ego was definitely hurt that day, not only that but the rapid stole his hat! Wouldn’t surprise me if those seagulls had something to do with this! Dam them, Dam them all to hell!
We finally made to land again to taste a small victory in the context of the camp. This was the end of the kayaking!!! I’m definitely not going to admit I felt any pain, as I am more machine that Human! This is held true too many of the boys…. Coff, men in our class. We are a new class of males! This was bitter sweet victory until I realised this meant more extended periods of sitting on my gooch. But first we had to unload the bikes, make lunch and stack the kayaks back on. Everyone was assigned specific roles dependant on his or her height, strength, condition and physical fitness. I was told to sit down…. Haha obviously that was a very funny joke! You best be laughing!! Or I will have to ask for the expertise of Doug to deliver a Chuck Norris round house kick to your head for me! Nah but seriously the team atmosphere was that of the America’s cup boat, the Black Magic as we were here to rewrite the history books. Everyone knew their roles and completed these with a high success rate. I was proud of the crew that day.
But as they say “there is no rest for the wicked”. We were off on the bike powering up the hill. As we reached the top, we had to fix a puncture on Tom’s tire. But nothing was going to slow down this well-oiled machine of Div B. Biv wat? Div B! Now I jus3 commenti 886 giorni
