Once upon a time in a land far far away there was a town called Helfer Safety. The town was run by 2 hard working officers of the law named Coleen "The Sheep" MacDonald (AFC young team) & Jon Boy Boum (Closet Rangers oops i mean Airdrie fan). Along with the help of next door neighbours "Shagger" Peeet & Shola Ama they helped defend the town against the likes of the evil Zoonie (Geeze a lenny yer green volvo), Mark Cameron (Nae Bovvers), Raymie "grey area" Paul & Wet Sock Mechti.

In the nearby village of shitey lane our hero's bosses, Lord Gordy Farquaad (I do like to be beside the frunkin' Seaside) & Lord Ralph Pinkerton Farquaad (sorry no catch phrase) resided with the generals; Brian "peeet fancies Bianca" Redpath & Tony "Champions League" Roper.

Together, the residents of Shitey Lane & Helfer Safety lived in harmony until one day the peace was shattered by an incident that will go down in memory as the darkest of all days. The incident was known to historians as "Tam Bolts".

Nothing can compare with going on Holiday and generally spending quality time with my amazing girlfriend Heather or Hez as she is affectionately known by peeet.

Also like chilling in my house by myself playing my xbox to unwind.

I love sharing the banter in flyswatters every friday with the best gang of guys and gals - Peeety, Colsh, Shola, JK, the recently lost but not forgotton Ayrshire Paedo Bear and the blonde yin who's name we dont know (hope you like chips and Cawrie).

Bring on the weekend when its time for getting messed up with who ever will drink with me and raving in whichever night spot will have us.
Food
Rice Cakes (Dont Take the piss Val!!!)

When at work anything from Snacky-Snacks or Flyswatters is good but when its time to eat out Cafe Mao, Wagamama and Sarti are amoung the best.
