Recently, I've been browsing the net, reading Hey Arnold fanfictions and looking at a couple of Arnold-related websites... what I've found out, astounds me.

Rugrats, Hey Arnold and the Simpsons are sort of connected through so many coincidences and interesting facts, that you wouldn't belive it.

I've listed a few of them for you to check out:

-- Gabor Csupo, one of the producers and creators of Rugrats (the other one is Arlene Klasky [hence the Klasky-Csupo]), was the first voice of Marge Simpson, whose blue hair and yellow skin was also idea of Csupo.

-- Tress MacNeille, who does various voices in the Simpsons, is also the voice behind Arnold's Grandma and Ms. Slovak from Craig Bartlet's Hey Arnold and Charlotte from Rugrats. Dan Castellaneta has played various voices in Rugrats as well as Arnol'd grandpa.

-- Steven Dean Moore is a frequent director for both Rugrats and the Simpsons.

-- Kath Soucie plays various voices for the three mentioned cartoon-creators: Mrs. Vitello and Miriam Pataki from Hey Arnold, Phil, Lil and Betty from Rugrats and some minor voices on Matt Groening's other hit animated series, Futurama.

-- Rick Bugental, the responsible for the "... Theee Simpsoooons... " famous openning was also a frequent director for the Rugrats.

-- Spanish: Marina Huerta plays Chuckie from Rugrats and Bart Simpson and Laura Torres plays both Tommy Pickles (Rugrats) and Martin (The Simpsons).

-- A small connection, but interesting for me: Beavis & Butthead writers Glenn Eichler, Guy Maxtone-Graham, and Larry Doyle wrote at least one episode each for the Rugrats (Eichler is the co-creator of the B&B spinoff, Daria). Also, in the Piggy's Pizza Palace Rugrats episode, one of the rules state "No Cow Tipping", something Beavis & Butthead did once in their first season as a series. In the words of MTV's dastardly duo, "Rugrats rule! Heh-heh, heh-heh, heh-heh-heh-heh!"

-- This is one of my personal favourites: Craig Bartlett (Arnold's creator) was story editor and writer for Rugrats and he is also Matt Groening's brother-in-law [married to Matt's sister, Lisa]. Hey Arnold! was seen in comic-strip form in Simpsons Illustrated magazine, published from 1990 to 1992... how awesome is that, huh?

Hello!

Whoa! It's been a while since I last posted here... I wonder why...

Anyways, now I'm here and ready to say a few things about my life lately.

I'm back at school... after some time out of regular school, I managed to find a university with short careers and besides studying high school in a home-schooling system, I'm now into Digital Graphic Design and in a little more than a year, I'll be a "Technic Speciallist" in Digital Graphic Design and, hopefully, editor of a local small magazine... (mwahahaha... power! mwahahahaha- cough, cough *chokes* sorry about that...)

Apparently, we'll be doing a magazine in the CNCI (my new school) and now that I come to think of it, I'd really like to be the editor... director, the one with higher powers It'd be fun...

Besides school, I've been working hard on some things from the cyberworld, mainly Priori Incantatem, my Harry Potter spanish website. Its address is proyectoprin.com.mx and I think it is not bad, the only problem is, we need more visitors. They'll come, eventually and hopefully.

Also my creativity has been allowing me to explore new areas: Now I write fan fiction not only for HP, but also for Hey Arnold and I'll probably write a Jess/Rory Gilmore Girls FF... who knows?

And after all that nonsense babbling, I gotta go... so much to do and so little time... *sigh*
