We are looking for bands from all over Ireland who want to play gigs in one of best music venues in Dublin.
We have been putting on gigs for over 5 years now and know what the artist want.

Great News Soundbunker productions has New Gigs starting in Thomas Reads bar Dame street

We are currently looking for bands of all shapes and sizes and all ages as we love to give all a chance.



Any musician who plays for us gets a 10percent discont @ Hillside recording studio.

    • Attention all bands playing Night show

      All bands to be at the venue by 6pm please.
      on arriving please pay outstanding ticket Money to the cashier at the main Door.
      Drummers need ,Cymbols ,kick,snare,clutch and felts.
      All guitarists please use battries in your pedals as it will help speed getting on and off.
      All equipment to be stored to the left of the stage.
      you have 30 min from the time the last band get off.

      Door charge 10euro .

      over 18's

      running order will be decided on the day so please have your crowd/Fans there early.
      doors 7pm sharp .
      Any probs please call 085-1728569.
      And please read lower blog as rules appy the same.

    • ATTENTION ALL BANDS PLAYING EARLY GIG 23RD.

      All bands must be at the venue by no later than 11am this Saturday 23rd May.
      On arrival any outstanding ticket money is to be sorted out with the casheir on the Door before we open.

      All equipment is to be stored in the far left corner beside the stage tidy and it is your responsability to look after you valuables as the venue and its staff will not be resposible for lost,stolen,or damege gear.
      Label any items ie perdal , power supplys.

      Any Member using guitar/bass pedals please use battries as it will speed geting on and off.

      All DRUMMERS must bring cymbols/snare/kick pedal/clutch/Felts/Sticks.
      If you want to arrange with other bands to share fine but be organised.

      Each act will get 30 minutes from the time 1 act gets off ,your time starts .so give eachother some help.

      No alcohol will be served during or after show.
      No external drinks or food are allowed inside.
      Any band or Fan that is trouble some will be asked to leave.

      Doors open at 12pm and as there are a lot of tickets out there i would ask all bands to have your crowd ther for 12pm.

      Tickets on the door are 10euro.

      Running order will be decided on the day.
      But bands that have sold and paid for all there tickets will not be included in whos on first situation.It will be decided by drawing names ,last out will start the day off.(so have your crowed ready).

      Directions...........
      The name of the Bar is Lanigans Plough and the venue is upstairs.
      It is situated across from Abbey Theatre
      And beside the Luas Abbey street stop.

      Enterence is on the Abbey side and will be clearly marked .
      Do not enter from the bar down stairs as there will be no way in to the venue here.

      Hey! We're a three-piece from Navan/Maynooth that just reformed a few months ago and play mostly originals with a few covers depending on the kind of gig. We get a lot of our influences from Sonic Youth, Pixies, The Cure and Smashing Pumpkins. Although we don't really have anything "properly" recorded, we can send you a very rough demo if needs be in order to score a gig with you's?
