Tutto su di me: Originally this ride was called the velvet coaster back in 1928, and in 1933 it got pulled down and renamed the roller coaster.
The velvet coaster was more like a big circle with small drops getting steeper and steeper, when it got pulled down in the 30s the only thing they kept was the original lift hill which is still standing today, you can see it as you are walking up watson road.

Woukd you like to see he rollercoaster stay or go
1. yes they may put a better ride in, bigger and better, and bring the crowds back
2. No because its a heritage ride and has been there since the 1930s

Currently there is not much happening at the moment, only that its got a big blue plastic sheet on its entrance,
Rumour has it that next year from 2009 it will be standing but not operating, other rumour that it will be demolished sometime in 2009 but who knows ile keep you posted.
