Hey I just wrote this to people who don't understand me, The haters especially, They say people always hate what they can't understand, well, this is my attempt to help everyone to understand me . Here goes;

Where to start...I was really shy at school, I remember that much, I always used to hang out in the library, or sit in the toilets, and had not a lot of friends, I felt like my freedom of expression and creativity, rebellious nature and confident attitude was being squashed by the education system I was in, The very day I left school, or the day after, I went into town, bought snazzy tight clothes ,black hair dye, make-up, and fake tan, I basically changed in one day
this was the birth of the new Ross, aged 17, I was finally happy with the way I looked.

anyway, That’s just a bit of background information for you, I wasn't always the way I am now, before the peircings, make-up etc, I was a shy geek, I used to spend my whole weekends reading novels, George Orwell, Charles dickens, Aldoux Huxley, and manga too, I was always in the comic shop nearby until they kicked me out for treating it like a library. In my teenage years I read most of the Bible and in the library self educated myself a lot on other world religions. I was never invited to house partys, Rarley roud at peoples houses. Books and comics were my best friends then.

I feel people judge me that I'm stupid, Well I'm not, I just don’t like to flaunt my intellect, as I know there are a lot of people who are far more intelligent than me. I take an active interest in style and fashion and always have, even when I didn't have a style (as such) I was reading books about fashion, After researching Japanese street fashion I came across a style called Ganguro, or Gyal, which I instantly fell in love with, it was as if these Japanese girls had taken the western glamourous ideal of sun kissed skin and blonde hair, got it drunk, and given it ecstasy pills.
I also liked the style of emo, which hadn't even hit my part of the UK yet, when I read up about it on American online blogs, I set about that summer of 2006 combining both styles, My version of emo, with black hair, yet a sun kissed face, and I also stuck glow in the dark stars in my hair, and wore bright clothes I have ALWAYS been uncomfortable with my natural pale skin as I was teased about it at school, I feel it is inadequate, and always feel more confident with a tan so this felt great to finally have learned that I didn't have to burn on a freezing cold beach anymore! I could just slap it on with a mit!!!

over the years style evolved. When working in a salon at 18 the idea I could freely have my hair dyed, cut, styled anyway I wanted exited me so much! I had green, purple, red and black, brown etc, until I decided to wear a wig as I liked to change my style everyday.

After leaving my salon in summer it was then I saw a TV show called Snog, Marry ,Avoid on the television. I was at once gripped by the way the men and women in the programme had adopted crazy, outrageous, raunchy and daring ways of dressing in a "couldn't care less" sort of attitude. Being unique and shocking didn't have to be limited to London, or raves, These people were from all-over the UK! And they looked daring and statement making everyday! ''I WANTED TO BE LIKE THEM!'' I imediatly thought.
that year was the year I came out of the closet, so it occurred to me now that I had free rein to hype up my style even more. I discovered fancy dress, And how exiting it was to wear minimal fabric while showing flesh. I learnt that people would be so impressed by my courage to wear such daring outfits they were less likley to be hostile towards me.

as I became more flamboyant I reflected it on my myspace and bebo, my make-up grew thicker, my tan became darker, the clothes became brighter and as I adopted a sort of tabloid male glamour model sort of style. It was then I started to get abuse A LOT . I was used to it in small amo
