Casper;s view on memory.
The idea of memories is pretty damn abstract. I've been doing a lot of thinking on it recently and i've come to the conclusion that memories are just a way of keeping yourself in line, content with what you've had even if your not happy with what you have now. I said o a friend recently "A memory is just something that you can look back on and smile. But that isn't enough you should be able to lok dire ctly at me and the guys and smile without worrying about forgetting anything, because we can continue to make more and more memories, get closer and closer" I mean, just the existence of nostalgia alone is proof that memories are more of a weapon to use against yourself than anything else. Who anywhere in the world can confidently stand up and say "I don't have single memory which makes me smile" and who can say "I don't have a single memory which makes me unhappy" Lfe just doesn't work that way. I guess, to sum it up, it's just a two way street, you gotta take the good with the bad

or else the good will mean absolutely nothing. Without a positive there cannot be a negative. Without a negative there cannot be a positive. But I guess i'm just rambling. This was just a good place to unload these thoughts.
