Books...keys to other worlds if you like bad metaphors
These are just some books and authors i liked. I would highly recommend them. Although most of them are fantasy. You will find no autobiograhies on this list and all recomnmendations are welcome.If anyone wants a brief summary without the end leave a comment.Obviously I will be called a nerd for this but we all ready have a list of great films and i find it irritating not knowing a book to read.
My choices:
Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman (brilliant), Book of Lost Things by John Connolly, Quite Interresting ( does what it says on the cover),Angels and Demons by Dan Brown, The Da Vinci Code is overrated,Bill Bryson's A Short History of Nearly Everything, I'm Not Scared by Niccolo Ammanati, Ian Rankin: Hide and Seek recommended (any Rebus books are very good and tv show is good), Antony Horowitz (any and all Horowitz's Horrors seemed good when I read them), Garth Nix (all), Eragon and Eldest by Christopher Paolini, the Outsider S.E. Hinton, 1984 by George Orwell, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Terry Pratchett ALL 'MUST READS'!, Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter of course, forgot about G.P. TAYLOR (Tersias, shadowmancer, wormwood, and the curse of Salamander street) and Phillip Pullman His Dark Materials are well worth a read, okay hopefully the last one I have forgotten Douglas Adam's Trilogy of Five including Hitch-hikers guide to the Galaxy.0 comentarios 682 días

I'm ok, had a crap day in work culminating in a dog bleeding all over me and the clean floor after it severed an artery. but only 4 weeks left thank god.
Very much looking forward to Australia, but at the moment also looking forward to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand first. How are you? Are they piling on the exam pressure? -
