    The Hills star is reportedly is 'getting help' after her DUI arrest...

    Stephanie Pratt is reportedly planning to enrol in an outpatient rehab programme.

    The Hills star, who was arrested for DUI last month is said to be taking classes in order to get her life back on track after the incident.

    A source told InTouch magazine: "getting a DUI was the wake-up call she needed to get professional help for her drinking problem.”

    They added: “Like a lot of people, she needed something to shake her up. She realises it could have been a lot worse…”

    The 23-year old who has previously had a stint in rehab, could face up to six months in prison if found guilty of the offence.

    However, her attempt to get help by enrolling in the rehab programme could aid her argument when the case hits court

    Heidi Montag refused to attend her own sister’s birthday party unless she received a fee, according to a report.

    On Saturday Holly Montag celebrated her 26th birthday with a shindig in Los Angeles, but her sibling and husband Spencer Pratt were not there.

    A source told Fox News online: “Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party, but Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid. I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn’t even show up without a fee. That’s disgusting.”

    There was more drama at the same party as another Hills’ star Stephanie Pratt was arrested for alleged drink driving after the event

  • Stephanie Pratt Arrested

    The Hills star arrested for suspicion of DUI after celebrating Holly Montag's birthday...

    The Hills star Stephanie Pratt has been arrested on the suspicion of driving under the influence.

    Spencer Pratt’s sister was arrested around 3.45am on Sunday morning in Hollywood outside LA nightclub, Empire.

    Pratt was reportedly celebrating Holly Montag’s 26th birthday along with some fellow Hills stars before the incident took place.

    Before heading onto the club, Pratt tweeted: "It's my sissy @hollymontags bday party! Just finished dinner and going to Empire but I'm pretty tired aka yes i am the party pooper :( "

    The 23-year old was then taken into custody, with her bail set at around $5,000.

    According to a spokesperson from the Van Nuys Division where Pratt was being held, Stephanie was later released on Sunday morning and is due to return for a court hearing.

    Sergeant Mark Cohan of the Los Angeles Police Department stated that the circumstances of her arrest were not yet known and he could not reveal whether Pratt was pulled over for another violation or if the stop was DUI-related.

    Stephanie has previously been arrested in May 2006 for second-degree theft and drug violations. She also struggles with bulimia as well as previously battling with substance abuse
