From 11 til Late every day Uncle Louies Pool Hall on 25 Tay Street is open to provide that lacking entertainment during the day for all ages with pool tables and gaming machines (from car racing machines to 18 + pokies). With cheap pool with $5 getting you at least half an hour of pool! We cater for all ages! Come in and have a look around!
Thursday Friday and Saturday nights Uncle Louies Disco Bar opens at 10 pm and is the newest addition to Invercargill's night life and if you havn't been here yet you're missing out! We claim Invercargill's only light up dance floor and awsome DJ's ready to hear your requests !

Gluepot Band Wars 2009
Join the battle, last year we had 20 bands enter from around the Southland and Dunedin regions, with the eventual winners "The Biff Merchants", see if you can knock them off their perch. Last year the Biffs took away $2000, and Made in China (2nd placed) $500. This year will bring bigger and better prizes, and hopefully more money to the winners.
This year we're also opening the event up to the rest of the country, there will also be an all ages section, where under 18 years can come watch some of their peers playing, as well as some of the older bands.
This is just another chance to support local music, and see some of the talent that comes from the depths of the South Island.
Dates to be confirmed, starting April 2009. The Final will be held in May.
Taking application for entry now, for those traveling long distances we will be holding the final heat the night before the final (so you don't need to make two trips if you make the finals)0 Kommentare 315 Tage
