Información: Astral-Music Productions (A.M.P.) began as a group in early 1998, and was formed by two brothers called Stephen and Christopher McHugh. With a love of music and all things techno, they decided to invest in their first professional workstation. It was time to start making music instead of just listening. Originally called Tempest, the early compositions consisted of mainly techno and happy hardcore tracks using nothing more than a Quasimidi Raven, a Behringer mixer and a tape deck. Then, after months of saving and investments, the set-up began to expand and the music started to diversify. Moving over to dance and trance music in late 1999, we have seen Astral-Music grow from strength to strength in terms of quality and production. Since they were originally formed, we have also seen them add a third member, Andrew Bush. Additionally, they also work with their sister Michelle, a talented songwriter who often provides backing vocals and harmonies.
