A rather sorta update.
Raves.
The Dark Knight- The first superhero film to be Oscar nominated?
DVD Flick- Yes I can finally get all of Strange & Series 1-3 of Knightmare on DVD! Plus all my Screeching Weasel, The Queers & Ramones live videos.
Patrick Troughton - Criminally forgotten about as the Doctor. Having seen all his DVDs & The War Games I think he is definitely my favourite Doctor.
Dawn Of War - I have switched allegiances. I now play primarily as the Imperial Guard. I'm sorry Orks but you dinnae have cool tanks or weapons teams.
Lambeth Conference - It ain't all about gay bashing folks. It's alot more complex & the middle ground is disappearing. Rapidly.
GlenAlmond - I get to pretend to be grown up & be a leader again! Hooray!
My new motherboard - Welcome Back Clarence (Yes my computer is a girl with a boys name) It's been to long.
Making my Amble Costume - I'm going for "Attempt to be Scary but look cool as well" It's going to be great tyring to make it!
Being over & done with Uni - Bye Dr Whitfield I wasn't nice knowing you.

The heat in Canterbury - I nearly melted walking up the hill to the University of Kent (What idiot put it up a bloody hill???)
The train ride home - never before have I shed my body weight in sweat.

In homage to SFX magazine I thought I would post a blog with my current Rants & Raves to keep you up to speed on what's going on on Planet Gordon
Raves.
Six Stringed Samurai arrived through the door today. I can't wait to watch it.
Rewatching Strange it is stonking the second time around! I can't see why the BBC decided to dick around with it.
Work is as busy as usual but working in Direct Admin means I do a job which I actually shock horror enjoy!
Primeval is fantastic though I will need to try & catch a repeat of Saturday's episodes last week & next week.
Emma's Pirate Party coming up, it's going to be rocking & I will also be able to hang out with Luke!

SFX magazine's Torchwood-centric coverage. Why didn't Primeval get the same coverage?
Torchwood season 2. They "learnt their lessons" yet ti still resembles a very bad meld of Scooby Doo & Queer As Folk. The scene where Jack asks Ianto out? Painful!
New shoes need a shed load of wearing in.
