So me and a few other people have started this Positivity log.

At the end of everyday you write down 3 things that were good about your day and it doesn't matter how shitty your day has been.
I really think it helps to put things in to perspective.
Coz to be totally honest, I haven't been the happiest person lately but i have found doing this is helping to lift me up.
Sounds a little gay i know but i dont care.

So what you do is find 3 things that were good with your day. They dont even have to be huge.
It can be things like your bus was on time, the weather was great, you got to hang out with some mates or something along those lines.

So my challenge to you is to do it.
It doesnt take much and it really should help.

What have you go to lose?

Well i went and saw Shihad tonight.

They were actually pretty good. I quite enjoyed it.
I can't say im a huge fan of them, i mean i will listen to their stuff but prob wouldnt go out of my way to put it on and really the only reason i went was coz i got a free ticket and had nothing better to do.

But they impressed me, a lot!
You know you hear them on the radio and sort of think yeah they are ok, pretty mediocre but for a band that are 20 years old, they can fricken rock!!!
I never would have put them in a Metal Genre but after going tonight thats where i would put them, well live anyway.

But they are good.
Cant say i was impressed with the Mint Chicks at all.
Faaaaaaaaaaaaaar to much Synth. Don't know if thats just a live thing or if the new album is going to be full of it. it was shit sadly. (just my opinion).
They seemed like they were trying too hard to be really alternative and really rock/metal all at the same time. It kind of worked, but like i said, they looked like try hards to me.

Well thats my ramblings for now.
