Hey kiddo, that sounds sore but 2 weeks is nowt - I not been able to do anything since march! I had a really bad viral infection which is still in my system - cos I tried to race with it! I reckon tho my serious days are over - I wasnt enjoying training anyways, our group is not quite the party central of SAL that it once was when you guys were all here - and if you think back, that was when we all ran really well so my theory is I need to drink more ha ha!!
Give me a shout if your over this way. Hope the injury clears up soon.
