Hey hey there, my name's Sheila and I'll be studying what I have a passion for most this year at the university of Teesside - video games! :D *ignores all the geek comments flying at her* Whilst at uni I will keep updating my life there, so watch this space! ^O^

Titanic (the all time classic that will remain in our hearts forever), The Matrix trilogy (the discovery of the philosophies of life), Final Fantasy: Advent Children, Twin Dragon, Hero, The Last Samurai, Bridget Jone's Diary, Collateral, Shark Tale, Shrek, Unleashed, The One, Para Para Sakura, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, White Dragon, House of Flying Daggers (now competing for first place on my list of favourites; a must see tragic love story). Recent viewings: Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, Fearless and Battle Royale.
Video games
My absolute fave game series, (and will be forevermore, no matter what other game series I shall bump into!) are definitely the Final Fantasy series - don't tell me that Dragon Quest or Vagrant Story can rival or even better them because I won't believe you! Although I will have to play those two games to see for myself, just to make sure. I'm pretty open minded when it comes to games! As long as it has an intriguing storyline flowing through its veins, I'll give it a chance! Also thanks to Eli for introducing me to the DMC series - yes, you did have some influence on me, capiche? :p I simply can't wait until I get my hands on the Wii! It should keep me occupied before the PS3 comes out! :D Until then, ciao!
Scared Of
"My greatest fear is the fear of having to fear." ~ Harry Potter (his line was something along the lines of that.) Losing any of my truest of friends. I would HATE for that to happen! And also having to look back on life with regrets when I am old and wrinkly and when my brain's not able to function properly. I believe subconsciously, that this is everyone's greatest fear.
Happiest When
I am loved. And when the whole world loves one another. I'll be happiest on that day... *smiles serenely* Love truly does conquer all woes! I believe that love can save us all. But if you've just lost one... look ahead, the best remedy to a broken heart is to get it healed! Find another love and mooove on!

I've recently got back into the land of the rising sun! Yes, thats right - manga has taken over! I'm a HUGE Fushigi Yugi otaku now that I've read all of FF:SS and volumes 1-5 of FF:GK! Yayeee! FY is my new love! Ay?? What is that I hear? Ah! I'm not obsessed... just passionate ^_^

    • Cutest love note ever? (Seems more creepy to me!)

      One night a guy & a girl were
      driving home from the movies. The
      boy sensed there was
      something wrong because of the painful
      silence they shared between them
      that night. The girl then asked the boy to pull over
      because she wanted to talk. She told him that her
      feelings had changed & that it was time to move on.
      A silent tear slid down his cheek as he
      slowly reached into his pocket & passed her a folded note.
      At that moment, a drunk driver was speeding down
      that very same street. He swerved
      right into the drivers seat, killing the boy.
      Miraculously, the girl survived. Remembering the note, she
      pulled it out & read it.

      How true this quote is! It took many tries before I finally understood this quote, fully. Everybody has their doubts, I'm sure, but to deny this simple fact is way beyond me.
