close About Me
- Me, Myself, and I
- Perfection is earned through the turmoil of life experiences. It is the adverse that gives us character and the favorable that gives us worth. My life, like a diamond is equally shaped by the mundane and the extraordinary, until one day the imperfect becomes flawless, acknowledging the encouragement of my peers, the sacrifices of loved ones and the omnipotence of a loving God.
- My Blood
- My wife Jennifer and my five sons (Kingston, Chase, Mica, Kenyon and Quinn) bring me fulfillment and satisfaction. Nothing beats being in love except being loved! I'm still vacillating between my career as a project manager and the other love of my life: writing. Meeting new friends is still a high, but keeping lifetime friends is gratifying and a testament to my fierce loyalty to those who reciprocate. I guard my word with my life!
- My Sweat
- Gridiron: Watching college and high school is elevating because its all about passion not a paycheck.
Rugby (union & league): Love the camaraderie. Union is the ultimate team sport and league allows for individuality without sacrificing the teams mutual goal of putting the ball in touch.
Basketball: Grew up playing and will always have a place for it in my heart.
You name a sport, I've got the passion. - My Tears
- My family is everything. My friends are everything else. I want to leave life feeling as if I did everything I could for everyone I've met and will meet. I am passionate about my Polynesian heritage and believe in my heart that no matter where I go, I am an ambassador for my family, my God and my people.

Island Breeze Presented by P.A.L.E. Foundation
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Two Hit Shows on One Big Stage
Salt Lake City, Utah / April 15, 2009 – P.A.L.E. Foundation is proud to present Island Groove, a compilation of hot artists from New Zealand, an up-and-coming local act and an acclaimed fashion designer for a night of singing, fashion, laughter and rip-roaring fun.
Back by popular demand, the comedy duo of Eteuate Ete and Tofiga Fepulea’i known as Laughing Samoans, return to Salt Lake City to present their newest sketch comedy Prettyful Woman, the latest in their string of successful tours since the duo first hit the scene in 2003. The Laughing Samoans crew have delighted their Utah fans since 2005 and are back to share their unique blend of energetic, sassy and dynamic humor with their most ardent supporters.
Joining Laughing with Samoans on the same stage are Nainz and Viiz Tupai, the two brothers who form the popular R&B group Adeaze. Talented, funny and upbeat, the group returns to Salt Lake City to share their intrinsic blend of harmony and soulful tunes melded with their charming stage presence. The group’s debut album Always and For Real, released in 2004, is still a hit with their international fans and includes the hits “A Life With You”, “Getting Stronger” and a beautiful cover of the BeeGee’s hit, “How Deep Is Your Love”.
In fulfilling the mission and goals of the organization, P.A.L.E. Foundation’s Island Groove event will showcase the talents of up-and-coming local artist ‘TEKI. Though he is a relative newcomer to the music scene, this fresh, talented young Polynesian artist has already performed to packed venues throughout the Salt Lake Valley and has a strong, growing fan base that love and enjoy his smooth, velvety tone.
As an added bonus, Island Groove event-goers will get a first glimpse at runway models exhibiting the cutting edge fashions of Tautu, a line inspired and created by David Randall Tautu. David has worked in the fashion industry for two decades and has recently returned to Salt Lake City from his former base in New York City to pursue his own fashion line.
P.A.L.E. Foundation is a not-for-profit organization. Formed in 2005, the foundation’s primary goal is to provide educational opportunities and support to children, youths and adults in the State of Utah. Through workshops, seminars and events such as Island Groove, the foundation encourages positive, motivational and advancement opportunities for future growth and prosperity to the people it serves.
The Island Groove event takes place July 17, 2009 at the prestigious Abravanel Hall in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The event begins at 7:00p.m. and will conclude promptly at 10:30p.m. Tickets are available for purchase online or in person through your local ArtTix location or at www.arttix.org

WHO TO WATCH FOR IN IRB RUGBY WORLD CUP SEVENS
The IRB Rugby World Cup Sevens is just two weeks away but is already obvious who the contenders and who the spoilers are in the race for sevens supremacy.
CONTENDERS:
England have been in contention for the IRB Sevens Series Cup in each of the first three legs of the competition. The Brits were just a try short of outpacing South Africa for the Dubai title but were able to capture the Plate in George against Portugal. England finally got the winning formula right when sevens star Ben Gollings converted on Isoa Damu’s try in the waning seconds of the final period to edge New Zealand on the latter’s home pitch. They came within one more try of beating Argentina for the title in San Diego after losing in the pool rounds to Samoa.

AN EXPLORATION OF THE CLASSICS ON THE RAPIDS
Southern Utah is noted for many outdoor activities and as the long cold winters slowly ease into spring, the locals and visitors to the State get the urge and the itch to get out and enjoy the incredible outdoor activities offered here. There are areas here that are emblazoned across tourist pamphlets and brochures to attract people from across the globe to visit Utah, but there are some lesser known activities that are just as fun and affordable that you might want to take a look at as well.
A rare treat is the annual Classical Music River Journey. In its 26th year in operation under the direction of Dvorak Expeditions, this mild saunter down the majestic Green River set to a backdrop of sheer red cliffs and a soundtrack offering professional performances of Bach, Mozart, Beethoven and Dvorak (the owner of Dvorak Expeditions is a descendant of the music pioneer) is bound to take your breath away. The journey down the river is an eight day excursion filled with laughs, beautiful scenery, stimulating conversations and of course awe-inspiring classical music.

Saisamoa Laban45 weeks agoHey Seti,
Thanks for that website (your blog) I got some info about Futi and then some on the internet. My dad translated it into Samoan. Anyway, I don't know if you've heard but he's been called by the First Presidency to become Mission President for PNG from July 09 - July 2012. He's decided to sell the newspaper business so I guess I won't be needing that info anymore...unless the new buyer needs it. Thanks for that info though. They will in Provo this year June before heading to PNG. Anyways, hope your family had a great Christmas and have an enjoyable ride this 2009 year.
Alofa to the family,

Warm, sunny, and beautiful over here at the moment.... spent time with family and friends, now enjoying time with the kids (finding non-financial things to do, not easy)..
