This website lets us put our music up on the internet for download by people through their mobile phones, The way it works is you go and follow the links we're puttin up down here and whatever song you like the best from us (or even if you like all 3), You follow the link to that song, And a we bio on the song will appear and then also the price of the track, We dont usually charge for our music but this time this website jobby was a bitta craic and you needy charge a pound atleast to let people download it, so we put on the lowest price possible so ye's dont need to break the bank to get the songs, A code will also appear at the bottom of the screen with a number you text the code into (its a bit like voting for jedward on xfactor every saturday night, which you's shouldnt do, their crap), Once you get the code type the code into your mobile and then send it to the number supplied, The number is always 8362 , Once you send your text away shortly you should get a message back which wont cost anything and will also contain the song ye asked for.

The Reverb’s debut EP which has been almost ironically titled ‘There’s No Such Thing as a Successful Crash Landing, EP!’ took me by surprise, to be perfectly honest. For a band whose members have an age range of 12 to 15 they’ve really taken making alternative rock in their stride. Their sound is pretty diverse as it’s pretty clear that they’ve taken influences from a broad spectrum and slotted meshes of sounds all over the place; the most obvious being Velvet Revolver in the first track ‘Ain’t so easy’. If you listen to The Strokes or The Libertines it’s pretty clear to see where their roots lay while writing ‘She gets along’ despite not sounding exactly like either band. It’s like they realised how they made their sounds popular without being overly ‘poppy’ and adapted the same ideals to their song. That’s pretty ingenious. Their songs are catchy and pretty well written but that’s not to say the EP is without its faults. The quality of the recording isn’t fantastic and because it isn’t a clear sound I found it hard to concentrate and I was fighting to keep concentration; it’s like listening to Blink 182’s ‘Buddha’, you know the music is good but it’s a battle to listen to. I think any messy sounds I picked up on could be because of that one problem. Despite that I think The Reverb have made a fantastic stab at their EP and they show a lot of potential as a local band, hopefully they’ll be able to develop further and really show us what they’re made of. I’m looking forward to hearing more in the near future!
