ON NEW YEAR’S DAY 2008, at 10pm, Amy Fitzpatrick said goodbye to her friend Ashley,with whom she had been babysitting at her friend’s house in Mijas Costa. Amy should have arrived at her home at about 10:10pm, as it was only a short walk away. But, she never arrived home and has not been heard from or seen since that night.
Amy was 15 at the time of her disappearance; she has black hair, (it could be dyed blonde again), blue eyes and has a pale complexion. She is 1.65m tall and was wearing dark coloured crushed velvet tracksuit bottoms and a black T-shirt with the word “DIESEL” in various different colours when she was last seen. Although Amy is Irish she speaks with an English accent as the area she is from is predominantly British. Amy also had her right front tooth rebuilt 3 years ago. She had no money, phone or passport as she was still on her mum's passport

    Debt fear for teen hunt




    The mother of missing Irish schoolgirl Amy Fitzpatrick has been forced to go back to work to avoid loosing her Spanish home.
    Audrey Fitzpatrick 40 said she was in danger of being evicted after failing to meet mortgage repayments.
    She and partner Dave Mahon are 38,000 in arrears on the house in Mijas southern Spain. Audrey revealed " The Irish government asked the bank to put the mortgage on hold for a year or so
    "legally the bank is in the right but we hoped that morally they might give us a break." The couple have devoted themselves in the hunt for Amy since she vanished 19 months ago aged 15.


    Audrey went on " Every penny has gone into the campaign. Both myself and Dave stopped working when Amy went missing. Dave returned to work a few weeks ago and I've just gone back. Were trying to get back to a bit of normality.


    Audrey works with Dave who runs Mahon Estates renting and selling accommodation. She added "we are hoping to make the next repayment. The campaign to find Amy will not stop in any way though
