Well the new Cumbernauld class got off to a good start last night with 11 students coming out to our new venue. There was a good mix of experience and newbies and all mixed well as always. Welcome to the newbies, hope you got a lot out of the class and more importantly had fun.
Just took a quick run through a range of techniques to introduce the newbies to what we cover. Much tighter focus for next weeks class. Should be some interesting bruises today and hopefully a bit of confidence that sometimes when you think nothing can be done its amazing what you can come up with to extract yourself from danger.
