- my wonderful family, friends, my Grandmother (one of the most inspirational, stoical and independent people I've ever met), my black Lab Milly, who is old, lazy and a tad deaf but is rocking the furry grey chin look!! Fashion, shoes & bags, Marc Jacobs, orange juice, edamame and pickled ginger from Aya, Prada shoes, Roberto Cavalli dresses, summer & sunshine, BBQs & pool parties, fancy dress parties! Sports, the legendary Stevie G., Champagne, cocktails, helicopters, airplanes! Frozen grapes, Avoca Handweavers (Mmmmm their salads!), Father Ted, being in love, the film Watership Down - quite disturbing though. ANIMALS! A good old cuppa tea (my new fave is Citronella & Ginger) Art Galleries & the RRRP! Travelling & culture, my many amazing experiences as Miss World. Cheesy lurve songs!
- So much to achieve, so little time!!!!
- Aaaaarghhhh there's just so much I want to do and see before I turn 30!! Travel Australia, New Zealand and India; start up my own business; present a popular TV show; return to University to study for a Masters in Sociology or study Sports Science & nutrition (I'm really a nerd at heart!); write a book; take art/sculpture lessons and put on an exhibition for charity; design a fashion line; do more travel writing (Malawi is next on the list); brush up on my rusty French and live in Paris for a while.....that's just for starters & the list will only get longer & longer With enough self-belief and positive thinking dreams really can come true ...

- An invaluable source of inspiration, information and recreation! Recent faves include 'Restless' by William Boyd and 'Half of a Yellow Sun' by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. I can't say I find 'chick-lit' particularly edifying though. Also love some of the theoretical offerings from the fascinating minds of Sigmund Freud, Michel Foucault, Naomi Wolf and Norbert Elias

- With my family and friends, laughing , lying on a tropical beach, working and on the dancefloor!

- Liverpool!! Also Pilates, running, swimming, horse riding, tennis, skiing on snow & water and working out on my cross trainer - I'm a bit of a gym bunny!
